Become a Room Parent!

Room Parents play a vital role in building the connection between the classroom and home. As a Room Parent, you’ll help support the teacher by:

  • Coordinating classroom volunteers
  • Organizing class parties and special events
  • Sharing important updates from the PTA and school

Additionally, Room Parents help coordinate a few tokens of appreciation for the teacher throughout the year by collecting optional donations from families.

Room Parents help solicit volunteers for classroom projects!
They organize and execute class holiday class parties .
They also, help classroom teachers with special events like Kindergarten Pumpkin Patch!

Nominate to be a Room Parent This Year
Room Parent sign-ups for the 2025–26 school year are officially open! Each classroom can have up to 4 room parents, and if more parents volunteer, names will be drawn at random.
🗓 Sign-up window: Now through Thursday, 9/11 at 5pm
📧 Selections will be notified via email by Sunday, 9/14 at 8pm
👋 Room Parent Info Meeting: Wednesday, 9/17 at 7pm
