Interested in being a Room Parent for the 2019/20 School year?  

We want to hear from you!  Once teacher assignments have been emailed out by the District you can indicate your interest in being a Room Parent for Henking or Hoffman. In order to ensure you are assigned to the correct room please wait until you know your child's teacher to volunteer.  You must let us know your interest no later than Wednesday, August 21.

Room Parent duties include collecting money at curriculum night, planning classroom parties, sending out emails about special activities, and one 2-hour shift accompanying students to/from health screenings. (5th grade room parents are also asked to help coordinate 5th grade play details & needs with their class.)

*Unfortunately, due to space constraints and safety issues younger siblings may not attend room parents functions and class parties.

·       Henking Room Parent Meeting: Wednesday August 28th from 3:15-3:45 in the HE LRC

·       Hoffman Room Parent Meeting: Tuesday, September 3rd from 2:15-2:45 in the HO LRC
